What are your fees?
Wedding ceremony - $675
Receptions / Other Events - $475 per hour
*** Special rates will apply if we are performing at both your
wedding ceremony and reception or cocktail hour.
What is included in a wedding ceremony?
Our musicians create an atmosphere of elegance as they perform a
30-minute prelude while your wedding guests arrive. We also perform all
of the music during the ceremony, as well as a short postlude.
How do I book Canta Bella Strings for my event?
We will send you a contract which you can return to us with a $100 deposit to reserve your date. This is deducted from your total balance, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
Do you ever work with other musicians?
We enjoy performing with other musicians, and often accompany soloists or play with an organist, pianist or other musicians. We communicate closely with them before your event date and meet with them before your event begins to rehearse together.
Can you play my favorite song, even if it's not part of your repertoire?
Absolutely! We love learning new music and are happy to play just about anything you might request. We may need a few weeks notice if it is something we will have to order.
Do you travel away from Greenville, SC?
We have played throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, and are willing to travel. For locations outside of the Greenville, SC, area, a fee for mileage (and accomodations, if necessary) will apply.
What if I don't know what music to choose?
One of the musicians of Canta Bella Strings will be happy to meet with you personally to help you choose the perfect music for your occasion.
Will you be at my wedding rehearsal?
We typically do not attend the wedding rehearsal. Because we communicate so closely with you in preparation for your wedding, we are able to make our music "fit perfectly" into your ceremony.
